SBKJ HVAC Ductwork Corner Binding Machine was specifically designed to reduce shop labour by addressing the difficulty of inserting corners into TDF Ductwork. It is a hydraulically operated machine and it automatically and effortlessly inserts and crimps TDF Corners allowing you to do a duct section — eight (8) corners — in a matter of seconds in any gauge (16g to 26g). The machine can produce about 60 ducts/hour vs. 15 ducts/hour for manual insertion.
