DUCTFAB Swagers, also known as Rotary Machines are built for productivity and long working life.

Many different profiles can be achieved with different types of rolls. All forming rolls are hardened for long life.

Motor and Gear box drive. 0.5 HP, 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 Ph motor as standard. We can supply motor specific to your country’s electric supply.

Machine can be given with fixed speed of about 20 rpm or variable speed option using invertor drive.

Needle Bearings – not bushing – which provides 75% less friction for smoother operation.

Hardened and ground shafts for long life and smooth operation.

Bottom Shaft is movable to align the Rolls. A handle provided on one side allows the bottom shaft moves to backward or forward. Once the rolls align, lock it in place with locking screw on the other side of machine. This makes it easy to align the Rolls.

Six set of Rolls (including Crimper and Beader) is supplied with the machine.
